• Making deposits or withdrawals through a payment method that is not in your own name.

Hnd 765 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities and will report any activity suspected of involving financial crime or fraud.

Hnd 765 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A member breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Hnd 765 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Member found to not meet eligibility requirements (e.g. underage).
• The member has chosen to exclude themselves using the self-exclusion tool.

If your account is terminated for a valid reason unrelated to a breach of terms, any remaining balance — after deducting bonuses that have not yet met their rollover requirements — will be refunded to you.
